About Laurie

My passion is capturing the glory and beauty of God wherever I can find it and wherever I am led.  These capture’s are not just for me but for all to enjoy. 

This has been a very long road to get to this point in my journey.  You see I grew up loving the outdoors be it mountains, valleys, lakes, streams, beaches, oceans, animals, conservation etc.  But my path took me in other directions and away from the creative outdoor passions of mine and into the corporate, consultant professional world.  It was a wonderful journey in IT and HR but near the end of 2018 I was on the receiving end of a very bad concussion and not my first one by any means but this one caused such a traumatic brain injury that my life has been drastically changed.  I can no longer work regularly and am unable to do the work I used to do.  Because of this injury my journey has opened up to this lovely creative road of photography and photographic art.
